I've recently taken a few refresher driving lessons with Gordon and now feel much more confident in my driving abilities. He is very analytical, encouraging progress whilst giving constructive criticism when needed and informing you of areas of improvement. He has great patience and is calm, instructive and motivating when teaching whilst also friendly, funny & very easy to get along with! I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons & couldn't recommend Gordon more highly as a driving instructor for both new and experienced drivers.
3 years agoWouldn't hesitate to recommend Gordon for driving lessons. I had never driven a car in my life so I was very nervous to get behind the wheel but Gordon was very patient and was able to make me feel at ease very quickly. He was very helpful and talked me through any mistakes I made so I was able to understand and correct them. As I improved in my driving he encouraged me to decide what I wanted to work on during lessons so I was sure I was fully confident for my test. I would recommend anyone who is looking for driving lessons to go with Gordon :) his knowledge and patience is very much appreciated!
3 years agoGordon is a great driving instructor, period. Whether you already have experience or driving for the first time I would highly recommend Gordon for driving lessons. From day one I could tell he really knew his stuff on the road, very patient and professional, gives very clear explanation of rules and instructions on driving. Most of all very great teacher and if it were not for Gordon I would not be happily driving right now. Passed my test on Friday the 13th! Enough said. Thank you very much Gordon! Again highly recommended.
3 years agoI've got an EU driving license and coming to Scotland, I wanted to take lessons to get used to driving on the left hand side. Gordon was absolutely good at thoroughly explaining the rules, what to pay attention to, whilst I was driving. He applies constructive criticism in his very calm and polite manners, so that you can correct what you're doing wrong (not great yet) without feeling like an idiot - I think that's a plus too. I found the entire experience fair (also fair price) and worthwhile. So I can only recommend.
