3 years agoCannot recommend or praise Ross highly enough. Excellent instructor. Explained and showed me absolutely everything I needed to know in such a manner that not only gave me the knowledge, but also the confidence and belief I needed to pass first time. Full of encouragement and patience - 5 Stars!
