I’m just writing to thank you for carrying out MIDAS training with our staff. After being dismayed at the cost and rigidness of the training supplied by the Local Authority, we were so please with the level of service we received from your company. Training was tailored according to the needs of each individual member of staff, with extra support and coaching for those who needed a little more help. You worked around our timescales and came to us to deliver training, so staff could drive around our local area, which personalized the training even more so. The teaching style used was a good mix of direct instruction and coaching which helped our staff to make good progress and feel confident in their achievements. I would unhesitatingly recommend you company to others, and have done! Once again, thank you for such a high level of service, and fantastic value for money!
