William has been a great instructor, he explains things simply and in a way that other instructors haven't done. I found him to be reliable and flexible. I've already reccomened him to a couple of friends!

I would 100% recommend William! I’ve had 4 instructors and he was by far the best, such an easy going guy, professional & very clear On what’s to be done! I’d already booked my test so I was only with him a short time, and he got me passed with only 1 minor ? wish I had him from the start would have saved so much time & money. Thank you so much been a pleasure.

William may seem like a hard and angry Scotsman on the outside, but on the inside you’ll find a warm, honest and patient guy, who’s always willing to go that extra mile for his students. Moreover he managed to help me finally pass my driving test! (and it’s been a long time coming, I’ve had 3 attempts previously with 2 different instructors). Not only has he helped me build up my confidence driving, he’s helped me become a better, safer driver. Minus one star for the terrible, bog standard jokes, but plus one star for being hands down the best instructor I’ve had!

I was actually tight on time to get my driving licence as I needed one before my new job commenced. William understood my situation and willingly made time for me. He also planned the lessons according to my capabilities. Frankly, it has been quite daunting at first as he was pretty strict during the lessons. However, it did help me learn to drive competently and safely. More importantly, I managed to pass my driving test only after a number of lessons with William! Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND to whoever wants an excellent driving instructor! P/S: Thanks William for your time and patience ?

Finally I found a driving instructor that I felt comfortable and confident with. After months of trying to learn to drive with two previous instructors I was at an all time low. I dreaded each lesson. William put me at ease straight away. He knows the right thing to say when you are struggling. Was extremely patient with me on my "blonde" days. I am proud to say I finally passed my test. Can't thank you enough William, having a car is a life changer for me and my family.

Passed my test last month and i would just like to say a massive thank you to William, I would never have been able to do it without him! i was super nervous about driving and after having a bad experience with another driving school my confidence was at an all time low. From the first lesson William made me feel more relaxed than I’d ever been. He taught me to take each obstacle as it comes instead of over-thinking and getting myself in a panic. I still can’t believe he managed to get me to pass my test in just 2 months, can’t recommend him enough =] Wishing you and your family all the best with the new arrival =] if you ever do end up moving up North Edinburgh will have lost a fantastic driving instructor!

Was recommended by a friend to call up William and that was one of the best decisions ever I’ve made over the past year. William helped me overcome my indecisiveness, fear of driving and gave me much needed life advice. Genuinely enjoyed our lessons together. His jokes are so bad that you’ll learn to love it ? I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn auto driving!

My son passed his test this morning with Ian. Ian was excellent and made the process super fun with all his jokes and stories. I would recommend Ian very highly. Thank you !
